To our wonderful NEW PLAY community,

It has been our absolute joy to watch your children grow, play, and celebrate birthdays over the last two years. Today, we are writing to share some difficult news about the future of New Play.

Our current lease at Fairfield Plaza will conclude on August 31st. Over time, we have navigated a steady history of rent increases and unexpected charges in this building. We are unable to absorb the exorbitant cost of renewing our lease without passing significant price increases to our customers. After a months-long search for a new commercial space in the area, I’ve come to a realization that I simply don’t have the energy left in my tank to transport our equipment to a new location and rebuild New Play.

Over the last couple of months, avenues have been explored to sell New Play to a new owner that possesses the capital, expertise, and energy needed to continue this business and scale it to its full potential. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, multiple potential sales fell through due partly to excessive interference from the property management.

What This Means for You:

• 30 DAY NOTICE
• Final Day of Play: Our last day of open play will be July 23rd
• Parties & Events: All parties currently booked through July 9th will proceed as scheduled.
• Memberships: All existing monthly memberships will automatically be cancelled on your automatic billing date in July.
• Punch Passes: Please take the opportunity between now and July 23rd to use any remaining punches on your pass as we simply cannot manage the logistical chaos of refunding each individual unused punch!

ASSET SALE!! We would like to welcome you to attend our asset sale July 25th & 26th. Our play equipment, toys, furniture, and party supplies will be liquidated via cash or Venmo.
